A view looking down on the entire lavender field from the hilltop of Tanbara Lavender Park

This photo was taken from a high vantage point overlooking Tanbara Lavender Park. I chose the angle from above because I wanted to convey the sense of scale of the spreading lavender fields by giving a bird's-eye view of the entire park. In the lavender fields of Tanbara Lavender Park, photographing the fields from the side along the ridges creates a sense of depth and three-dimensionality, and also captures the fresh wind and air characteristic of the highlands, making it possible to capture the most beautiful purple scenery when visiting in late July or early August, when the fields are at their peak.
