This photo captures the lavender fields at Tambara Lavender Park from the side. I consciously composed the shot to follow the flow of the rows, allowing the viewer to sense the purple flowers swaying in the breeze. On a summer day when the sky was faintly hazy blue, the landscape of lavender and sunflowers spreading across the hills of Tambara held a stillness as if time had stopped. As the cool highland breeze caressed my cheeks, I found myself unable to stop pressing the shutter button before the scene of purple and yellow intermingling—Flowers lining the ridges like a map, sunflowers reaching toward the sky—all of it was there, like a summer poem.
