Omiya Daini Park is one of the most popular parks in Saitama Prefecture where you can enjoy seasonal flowers such as plum blossoms, cherry blossoms, hydrangeas, and daffodils. Just strolling through the park is a soothing experience, and during the rainy season, the colorful hydrangeas create a tranquil atmosphere, making it an attractive spot to relax and refresh yourself while enjoying the floral scenery throughout the year in the spacious natural surroundings.

Key points for photography

The key to photographing plum blossoms is that they are located in the front side of the park, so photographing them after the sun is well up will help you capture the colors and textures of the flowers. Hydrangeas are mostly on the far side of the park, and it is recommended to photograph them when the sun is high in the sky, as the light is easier to see. Cherry blossoms, on the other hand, are more likely to be in good light at sunrise, and you can aim for beautiful photos surrounded by soft morning light. By keeping in mind the location of the flowers and the time of day when you visit, you can bring out the charm of each season even more.
