Gunma Flower Park

Gunma Flower Park|Experiential spot to interact with flowers

Enjoy the experience of interacting with flowers at Gunma Flower Park+.

Gunma Flower Park, located in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, is a space of flowers and greenery at the southern foot of Mount Akagi. The park has evolved from a place to see flowers to a hands-on park where visitors can “interact with flowers. The park offers a variety of experiences such as picking flowers, touching them, enjoying their fragrance, and creating works of art, allowing visitors to enjoy their time with flowers at their own pace.

Key points for photography

The key to taking photographs is to be conscious of moments that convey the relationship between flowers and people. In the hands-on areas, capturing people picking flowers or checking out the fragrance will naturally convey the atmosphere of the park. In the large park area, creating a pulled-back composition with the ridge of Mount Akagi and the sky in the background will create a sense of openness. Soft light in the morning or evening is recommended to bring out the colors of the flowers. A well-balanced combination of a scene with movement and a quiet floral scene will give Gunma Flower Park a unique look.
