This photo was taken of the kochia field under preparation at Tanbara Lavender Park. Although still in the process of preparation, I recorded its early summer appearance, envisioning how it will change color to bright green and red. The green kochia is a popular photo spot because of its rounded shape and bright colors, which make it a good photographic subject. The best time to view them is from August onward. If you shoot the kochia from a low angle with a wide-angle lens, you can create depth and express the "fluffy" feeling of a group of kochia in a three-dimensional way. A composition with the sky or mountain ridges in the background is also recommended.
