This photo is a slightly pulled-back composition, showing the weeping cherry tree and the Buddha statue standing at its foot. I tried to keep a calm atmosphere while considering the overall balance. The weeping cherry blossoms at Hodan-ji Temple, in combination with the Buddha statue, create a very serene atmosphere that allows the photographer to enjoy taking pictures in a relaxed manner. The scenery of cherry blossoms in full bloom quietly hanging down and enveloping the Buddha statue is not flashy, but it is very memorable. The light changes depending on the time of day, so each time you visit, you will see a different expression of the cherry blossoms.
