This photograph captures wisteria blossoms on a cloudy day. With less light and a dim atmosphere, the quiet beauty of the wisteria stood out. At the end of spring, Kameido Tenjin Shrine reaches its peak wisteria season, enveloping the grounds in a soft purple hue. Numerous clusters of flowers cascade from the trellises surrounding the pond, swaying in the breeze to create a truly fantastical scene. The reflections of the wisteria on the water's surface and the contrast with the red Taiko Bridge are also highlights. On sunny days, soft light filters through the petals, further accentuating the unique grace of the wisteria. While shooting from below is classic, compositions capturing the reflections from the water's edge are also highly recommended.
