Kawagoe Suijo Koen is an attractive photography spot with nature changing its expression with each season. In spring, someiyoshino cherry trees color the park gorgeously, and you can enjoy the open cherry blossom scenery combined with the waterfront. In the spring, someiyoshino cherry trees adorn the park, and combined with the waterfront, the park offers an open and airy cherry blossom landscape. In autumn, the rows of metasequoia trees turn beautiful colors, and the straight groves of trees create a composition with depth. In addition, the yellow leaves of the ginkgo trees add an autumnal brightness to the park and, combined with the soft light, make for an impressive shot. The park's spacious interior makes it possible to enjoy photographing the changing seasons, from cherry blossoms to autumn leaves.

Key points for photography

The best time to visit the park is early in the season when cherry blossoms are in full bloom and late bloom, as the park tends to be crowded with visitors. If you want to take pictures in a calm atmosphere, it is recommended to visit early in the day. Also, when the metasequoia trees are in full color, choosing a day with little wind will allow you to enjoy the reflection of the trees on the surface of the pond and take advantage of the reflections. By paying attention to the weather and time of year, you will be able to capture a more impressive image.
