For spring flower viewing, we highly recommend the moss phlox at Hitsujiyama Park in Chichibu City, Saitama Prefecture. At the park's "Moss Phlox Hill," a vibrant carpet of moss phlox in shades of pink, white, and purple spreads across the landscape. Against the backdrop of the majestic Mount Bukō, visitors can enjoy the striking contrast between the natural scenery and the blooming flowers.
