This photo was taken at the Shinshu Iijima Kaze-kaido Rinrin Festival, where I focused on a particularly striking blue wind chime among the many hanging there. By making the refreshing blue wind chime the focal point, I aimed to create a photo that conveys the coolness and freshness of summer.
