This photo was taken at Byobugaura and felt to be "the scenery of Byobugaura captured on a day of high waves.

This photo was taken from the side because the waves were too high on the day of the shoot to walk on the sidewalk. The photo was taken in an effort to create a sense of depth. Byobugaura is a spectacular scenic spot, also known as the "Dover of the Orient" in Japan, with a coastline of precipitous cliffs that stretches about 10 km from Choshi City to Asahi City in Chiba Prefecture. This topography was created as a result of the geological strata being carved by waves and winds over a long period of time, and offers a breathtaking view that allows visitors to feel the power of nature up close!
