The flower blooming gracefully underwater was truly magical. Every year around May or June, Shikishima Park's Kadokura Techno Rose Garden in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture, fills with vibrantly colored roses. The garden also features impressive arches and towers, making it a wonderful place to truly feel the arrival of the season.
