This photograph was taken at Nobi Beach on a slightly unsettling morning with heavy clouds spreading across the sky. I aimed to capture the Yokosuka Object standing quietly against the backdrop of the sea and sky. Nobi Beach in Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture, is a place renowned for its beautiful expansive views of the sea and sky. Especially at sunrise and sunset, the sky's colors change moment by moment, offering a fantastical spectacle.When composing the shot, I consciously considered the sea, whose expression changes with the tides and weather. In the distance, ships traverse Tokyo Bay, creating a sense of openness in the landscape. On clear days, the crisp blue sky and gentle waves are soothing, revealing charm within the simple scenery. Furthermore, in winter, narcissus bloom along the coast, allowing one to enjoy the collaboration of flowers and sea. The narcissus bathed in the morning sun are especially beautiful, their appearance enveloped in soft light being particularly striking.
