This photograph achieves a perfectly symmetrical composition thanks to the sunflowers in the foreground facing directly opposite each other. It's an impressive shot showcasing a beautifully balanced arrangement found in nature. Akebono-yama Agricultural Park, located in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture, is a popular spot rich in nature where visitors can enjoy seasonal flowers throughout the year. Among these, the summer sunflower fields are one of the park's signature landscapes, captivating visitors with their vast expanse of sunflowers.Beyond this beautiful sunflower field, the collaboration with the towering Metasequoia trees within the park creates a special landscape. For this shoot, I captured the sunflowers from various angles, front to back, and by letting light pass through their petals, I expressed the delicate beauty of the sunflowers.We specifically adjusted the composition to align the sunflowers parallel with the towering metasequoia trees in the background, consciously aiming for a harmonious landscape within nature. This arrangement creates a striking contrast between the sunflowers' bright yellow and the metasequoias' deep green, leaving a profound impression on the viewer.
