Located in Toda City, Saitama Prefecture, the Arakawa river bank is a hidden cherry blossom viewing spot where someiyoshino cherry trees are in full bloom all along the bank in spring. This row of cherry trees stretches in front of the Toda Racecourse, and together with the peaceful atmosphere along the river, provides a relaxing moment for visitors. Especially in late March and early April, when the cherry blossoms are at their best, many local residents and people who enjoy strolling along the rows come to enjoy the beauty of the area.
